In-toto Leamington Spa
Richard and Diane Gee opened In-toto in Leamington Spa in early 1990. The showroom is situated in one of the prime town centre streets, amongst the high quality individual shops for which the town is renowned.
Over the years the Gee’s have established a strong reputation locally for superb design, quality products, a complete individual service and value for money. Over 50% of their annual business now comes from recommendation or returning customers.
Diane and Richard have now decided that the time has come to hand over the reins of their business to a new franchisee to continue the growth of the business and inherit the tremendous goodwill that they have generated in Warwickshire over the last 20 years.

In-toto Northampton
Steve and Ellen Littlewood joined In-toto in December 2000. Over a 10 year period Steve & Ellen have been extremely successful which has enabled them to achieve their goal of early retirement. The showroom is laid out over two floors. Kitchens are situated on the ground floor with bathrooms and bedrooms on the first floor.
Over the years they have established a very strong reputation for good design, quality and exceptional service. This has resulted in a high number of recommendations and repeat business.Steve and Ellen are very keen to see the business continue and grow, remaining amongst the top kitchen studios in Northampton. With this in mind they are currently refitting part of the showroom to display new cutting edge handleless designs.
Unusually Steve and Ellen own the freehold of the premises and therefore would be the landlord for the purchaser. This would provide a great deal of flexibility with regards to the terms of the lease. Steve and Ellen are also prepared to consider an assisted start up package for the right candidate. This would involve a purchaser to buy the majority shareholding and run the business with the option to purchase the remainder of the shareholding over a period of time.
