Situated on a busy road, the business benefits from ample customer parking on the showroom forecourt. The light and airy showroom of approximately 1000sq feet has been refurbished in the last six months. An enviable reputation, carefully cultivated, has ensured repeat and referral custom from satisfied customers. Over 60% of sales are a result of a recommendation from a previous client.
Tony and Sarah, the proprietors, are planning to relocate their business nearer family. They are keen to assist with an orderly transition of ownership to ensure the continued success of the showroom. If of assistance this could include a period of training for the new franchisee.

In-toto Northampton for Sale
The sale price includes all fixtures and fittings including displays, office equipment and specialist design software.

The sale of this excellent business is due to ill health of the principle director who was responsible for design and sales. Richard and Diane Gee opened In-toto in Leamington Spa in early 1990. The showroom is situated in one of the prime town centre streets, amongst the high quality individual shops for which the town is renowned.
Over the years the Gee’s have established a strong reputation locally for superb design, quality products, a complete individual service and value for money. Over 50% of their annual business now comes from recommendation or returning customers.
Diane and Richard have now decided that the time has come to hand over the reins of their business to a new franchisee to continue the growth of the business and inherit the tremendous goodwill that they have generated in Warwickshire over the last 20 years.
